Your first steps with Meta Muse

Checked 3 November 2026

There are 48 apps Muse can connect to, and connecting all of them is a chore nobody needs. Pick four things about your week and get a shortlist of five uses worth setting up first, in order, each with its guide and the reason it made your list. There are no right or wrong answers — this just matches Muse to your life. Nothing here is sent anywhere — it runs entirely on this page.

Step 1 of 4

What eats most of your time?

Step 2 of 4 · Pick any

Which of these do you already use?

Only Muse connectors are listed — if an app you love is missing, it may not have a connector yet. The full directory shows all 48.

Step 3 of 4

How should Muse handle your accounts?

Step 4 of 4

Where do you want to end up?

How the shortlist works, with examples

The tool scores every connector against your answers: what eats your time sets the category, the apps you already use boost their own connectors, and your goal breaks the ties. The five highest scores become your shortlist, in order. These examples show the mechanism — your own shortlist depends on your answers.

Try it above — submit your answers to see your shortlist, and nothing leaves this page.

Choosing your first uses: questions

What the shortlist is based on, and what happens with your answers (nothing — they never leave this page).

How does it pick my five?
It scores every connector against your answers: what eats your time sets the category, the apps you already use boost their own connectors, and your goal breaks the ties. The five highest scores become your shortlist, in order. It's a starting point, not a rule — every guide states what the connection can see before you grant it.
Are my answers sent anywhere?
No. This helper runs entirely in your browser — there is no form submission and no account. Close the tab and the answers are gone.
Why isn't the app I use most on the list?
Only apps with a Muse connector can appear — 48 today. Some big names aren't connectors at all: Amazon, for example, blocks Muse from its store. The directory marks which connectors are live and which are still rolling out.
I picked cautious. Does anything on my list act on its own?
No guide on this site starts there. Every connector guide begins read-only — Muse can look, summarize and draft — and acting (sending, buying, booking, changing) only enters the picture when you approve it, step by step.
