Workflows
Learn what your agent can do, one workflow at a time.
Start at Level 1, where the agent can only read and draft. Move up when it feels boring — Level 2 hands it errands with your approval on every send and spend, and Level 3 lets it come to you with watches and routines. Every workflow has copy-paste prompts, approval boundaries, and an honest "what can go wrong" box.
Start here
New to agents? Begin with the morning email digest — it's the most-used agent task in the real world, takes ten minutes to set up, and can't break anything.
Watch and learn
Read-only by design: the agent reads, summarizes, and drafts — nothing is sent, nothing is spent, nothing is booked. Do these first, in any order. Each workflow teaches you what an agent actually feels like to use, and builds the approval habit that keeps the higher levels safe. Start here even if you are impatient.

Errands with your approval
The agent does the work and drafts the outcomes — replies, bookings, cancellations, itineraries. Every send, booking, or money move waits for your explicit go-ahead; nothing completes without you. This is where the real time savings start, and where the approval habit from Level 1 pays off. Six workflows with copy-paste prompts and clear boundaries.

Workflows: questions
Sixteen workflows across three levels — the questions everyone asks first: do they have to be done in order, how long setup takes, whether the agent can spend money or send things, and what to do when a workflow stops working. Start here before picking one.
- Do I have to do them in order?
- Within a level, no — pick whatever sounds useful. Across levels, yes, roughly: Level 1 teaches you how the agent behaves when nothing is at stake, which makes Level 2 approvals and Level 3 standing routines much safer.
- How long does each workflow take to set up?
- Level 1 workflows take about ten minutes: connect an app read-only, paste the first prompt. Level 2 adds a few approval habits. Level 3 watches run for months once set.
- Will the agent spend my money or send things without asking?
- Not on these workflows. Level 1 is read-only by design. Levels 2 and 3 mark every money or outbound step "asks your approval" — the agent drafts and waits. You widen that only deliberately, never by default.
- What if a workflow stops working?
- The usual cause is a broken login — reconnect the connector and it resumes. Every workflow page has a "what can go wrong" box with the specific failure modes to expect.
